What is? BNM is the central bank of Malaysia, responsible for overseeing the country's monetary stability, financial system regulation, and economic development.

What if? what if BNM launch specialized promotion and/or incentives to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly investments. This could include green bonds, loans for renewable energy projects, or incentives for businesses adopting eco-friendly practices.

What wow? What if BNM launch an AI-powered VA (virtual-assistant) that offers personalized financial advice, predicts user needs, and assists with transactions using natural language. Such VA could be accessible through mobile apps, chatbots, and voice support.

Revolutionizing Food Delivery: A Design Thinking Approach to GrabFood

What is?: GrabFood is a convenient food delivery platform serving multiple Southeast Asian countries, linking users to diverse restaurant options for doorstep delivery. With its easy-to-use interface and reliable delivery network, GrabFood has become a top pick for food lovers seeking a variety of culinary experiences.

What if? : What if GrabFood partnered with local farmers and sustainable food producers to offer eco-friendly and organic meal options? This initiative could cater to the growing demand for environmentally conscious choices among users and contribute to sustainable food practices within the community.

What wow ? What if GrabFood implemented a feature that allows users to customize their delivery experience, such as selecting their preferred delivery vehicle (e.g., bicycle, electric scooter, or eco-friendly car) and specifying delivery instructions (e.g., contactless delivery or specific drop-off location)? This personalized approach could enhance user satisfaction by providing greater control and flexibility over the delivery process.
